She has a well-muscled frame with a large chest and behind to fit, slender limbs, and porcelain light olive Mediterranean skin. She is very well proportioned, her eyes being large and deep, intoxicating brown. Her muscles are well sculpted as well since she works out a lot, though she appears very slender.  She has an airy, feminine voice. She typically wears tight fitting dresses or woman's suits, but in costume she wears a white body suit with a completely see through flowy shirt and pants and white go-go boots and a white hood connects to her shirt. She also wears a black mask to cover her face. the personality likes • four plus dislikes • four plus strengths • Cara is very strong, a strong leader, and a strong woman. She doesn't doubt herself one bit and strives hard to do her best and prove herself to others. weaknesses • A major weakness of the majority of Cara’s powers is that she needs to concentrate and focus to control and manipulate the ectoplasm and keep it stable. Otherwise, it may just dissipate or explode. While it doesn’t heat up like normal matter would, the force behind an explosion, depending on the amount of ectoplasm she’s working with, might send her or someone else flying if it is a fairly large amount. Also, it is easier for her to manipulate ectoplasm around things she knows well, like her own body or objects she’s familiar with. Making a complete stranger also invisible would require more concentration than simply manipulating ectoplasm to cover herself. And when it comes to levitation, the heavier an object is, the more effort and concentration levitating and moving it around requires. (Ie, a pencil would be fairly easy to coat and manipulate around, while a car medium, and building would require an immense amount of concentration.) The amount of time that Cara can spend manipulating ectoplasm depends on the amount of effort she is putting into concentrating, and is something that she can get better at extending with practice. dreams • Get a handle on her emotions and prove she isn't crazy to her father. fears • Heights, being alone, hurting someone, spiders, and being found out as a mutant. overall personality • Cara is deeply emotional and constantly maintains a veil of intrigue and mystery around herself that shrouds her with unpredictability and an even alluring touch. She is charismatic, but to a fault, and is an incredibly fiery and strong woman. For those who are either dumb or just unlucky enough to incur Cara's wrath, there is great reason to be terrified. She is capable of being patient and not just carefully, but meticulously planning someone's demise. The teen is also capable of implementing said plan. She feels very little remorse for hurting those who have either hurt her or someone she cares deeply for. Cara's anger and rage does come with a downside. When she gets into any extremely emotional state, whether it be really angry, happy, upset, scared, or sad, her powers start to manifest and can quickly become out of control. She knows this and so she does her best to not go to any emotional extremes. She knows that if she does, she may be found out as a mutant. Not only that, but people may get hurt. Her family’s business reputation would be tarnished. Their businesses may be ruined. The ramifications wouldn’t just effect her. This ever present fear makes her bottle up her emotions inside of her. Cara knows it isn't healthy, but she doesn't know any other way to keep both the people she cares about and her secret safe. She just wants to be the best she can be. She wants people to respect her. Cara wants to be in control of her own life and has to keep the control she already has. She knows that if she doesn't maintain the control she currently has, that if she slips up even a bit out in public, that it will forever change her life. Cara also does have a fear of what her powers mean, especially in regards to her mediumship. They’re something that logic and science can’t explain. Never having been very religious herself, other than going to church with her family, knowing that there is an afterlife of some sort that she can’t explain scares her. She hides the fact that any faith she did have as been seriously shaken. She can’t deny that her powers give her the ability to see and interact with real ghosts. But, she doesn’t know why or how they exist and how to avoid becoming one. the history father • Marcus Hedron mother • Marilyn Hedron siblings • None important people • None yet hometown • Tuscany overall history • Cara was born to a very wealthy Italian family in the golden hills of Tuscany. One fine summer day, Marilyn gave birth to a healthy baby girl, whom she named Cara, after her grandmother. From a very early age she was exposed to her father's drinking problem, though her mother protected her well, and he never really hit her, at least not in front of Cara. She wandered the mansion and especially took a liking to the horses, learning to horse-back ride from her mother. At the age of 6, her mother passed away due to a dire sickness, and at the age of 7, she started hearing them. She couldn't quite figure out what they were, until she grew older and could communicate it properly to her father, who told her she needed help and took her to multiple psychiatrists all around the world, who finally decided to label her with psychosis. Though, it wasn't, it was only just the beginning of her mutant powers. She was home schooled by a privately paid teacher since then, and she went through several, as most of them couldn't or wouldn't deal with the fiery, temperamental and according to the doctors psychotic young teenager. She was deeply depressed from then on, no one would believe her, so she stopped talking about them. The voices. She kept her mouth shut like a proper lady and soon her father sent her back to private school with the other kids. Cara graduated early from high school and traveled to the United States to Standford where she would earn a Master's degree in Business and Marketing, just as her father had. She then went on to become many things, a dancer, a waitress, a model, and finally proved herself to her father and is now the CEO of his company. powers • Cara is psychically connected to another plane, or level of existence. This connection allows her to see and be constantly consciously aware of not only the normal world around her, but also an unnamed plane on which ghosts/spirits, whatever you want to call them travel/reside. This awareness allows her to be able to see both planes, or more, she sees the energy of the "ghost plane" and those who reside on it. She'd also be able to psychically change, manipulate, and even move the matter and energy from the “paranormal plane” into her normal plane of existence. Mediumship- Cara sees, hears, and can commune with spirits on what she refers to as the "ghost" plane thanks to her psychic connection to the plane they reside on.. She can give spirits an ectoplasmic form by manipulating their energy and moving it onto the physical plane, making them visible and able to communicate with the average person. Their ectoplasmic forms normally retain the same properties as normal ectoplasm. It just retains the spirit's shape and allows them to communicate with normal people. However, she can manipulate the ectoplasmic form so that the spirit can interact with the physical plane, typically for purposes such as combat or interacting with those they were close to (ie hugging a family member, etc). Ectoplasmic Manipulation- After moving energy from the "ghost" plane onto the physical plane, the extra-planer energy automatically becomes ectoplasm, which tends to take on a plasma like form with a pale green color and constant luminescent glow when not manipulated into another form. Ectoplasm can be unstable when Cara is not using it due to its esoteric properties. (Aka, it can blow up) When used properly, it can be an energy source, like a battery, capable of being externally insulating while internally conductive. It can be highly useful, being able to ignore most normal matter and some forms of energy, such as sonokinetic energy, on the physical plane and pass through it. It is also capable of becoming invisible. Other forms of energy on the physical plane may bounce off it or simply be absorbed. So, it does not show up on most scans such as sonar or radar. It tends to maintain a room temperature when not in contact with another form of extra-planar energy (cosmic, psychic, etc.) Invisibility via Ectoplasm- In the same fashion that she obtains her intangibility, Cara also is capable of using ectoplasm to become invisible. When coated in ectoplasm, she accesses the ectoplasm’s property of being able to allow light to pass completely through it, making both the ectoplasm and whatever is inside it, invisible in the visible spectrum. (It is important to note that she can’t utilize both the property of being intangible and invisible at the same time. It has to be one or the other.) abilities • Leadership skills/talents • She spent a good amount of time horse back riding on the estate as a child, so her vaulting and riding skills are very profound as well as fox hunting with her father. She also learned what she knows about business and management from her very successful father. Cara is a great dancer, especially in ballet, and can also sing fairly well as she had to dance and sing as a job before she earned the company from her father. She was also a model and a receptionist for some time, so multitasking comes easily to her.
